Independent Contractor Disclosure

Any dispute arising from services performed by a Business Partner should be addressed directly between You and that Business Partner.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Waldorf Concrete Contractors and its owners, affiliates, representatives, Service Providers, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to Your use of the Service.
